Very bad with pillows, hangers are only 4- 5 plastick thine dirty in more colors. Breakfast it's the worst thing ever, i got breakfast only second morning on my stay ,and decide rest of my week eat outside ,linnean are not ironing, the towels are very old and hard to make dry my body.Outside i don't know how to explain how dirty and all inventories are to old,to dirty,and what else. The stairs for the going to the rooms are unhealthy dirty, i was so embarrassing, i know its not to expensive but any way inspections need immediate be there ,this is unhealthy place.

I loved being there. I absolutely appreciated the kindness and service provided by the receptionist and the kitchen staff. They were absolutely amazing! Thank you! The hotel is situated in a great area within walking distance of hadrians gate, the old bazaar and the harbour. There are also plenty of restaurants to at nearby. The staff are friendly and helpful, they went out their way to make the stay 5*. We didn't have an adapter for our phone charger when we arrived at 3am and we asked the staff who didn't have one available, but when we about to go and buy one at 10am they had one ready for us at the desk. The hotel itself is cleaned daily and new towels given everyday. The pool was always clean and a decent size. The food at the hotel restaurant was also nice and priced well. The family room we stayed in was much bigger than expected. It was split into 2 separate rooms with a bathroom each, which was a nice surprise. The beds were comfortable and hot water in the shower with good pressure. We had an amazing stay, thank you to everyone and we'll definitely be recommending to friends and family!
