Beautiful property! Loved the colonial-esque design, and the location was great. The restaurant and spa services are a bit expensive, but that said, the massage and pizza were excellent, so can't complain too much! The only thing lacking is a real pool, especially for kids to play in; they have a very nice Jacuzzi, but it really shouldn't be used as a family hangout...

I absolutely loved it! The hotel is beautiful, and the staff is incredibly attentive and friendly, making my experience truly enjoyable. The morning coffee just outside in the hall of the corridor was wonderful and the spa Jacuzzi was fabulous. They’ll serve you while relaxing! Our room was very spacious and clean. Loved the comforters! However, I do have one complaint regarding the spa's Vichy exfoliation service. The treatment is done on a hard metal table, which I found uncomfortable, and I believe a waterproof mat would greatly enhance the experience. Unfortunately, I ended up with back pain for several days after my visit. Additionally, I noticed that the spa service doors don’t have a lock, my therapist had to use her foot to keep the door closed which can be disruptive when gym-goers open them during treatments. Also can hear gym people talking during service. Not very private. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel, but I hope they can address these spa issues for an even better experience!

As soon as you walk through the parking lot into the lobby, the hotel welcomes you with a delicious scent; smells amazing. And the service is excelent! The rooms are delicate and the jacussi was our favorite!

One of the best stays I have ever had. There are 5* hotels which obviously can offer even further luxuries and indulging, but everything at this hotel was "comme il faut". This is our favorite hotel in Antigua Guatemala, there are other more traditional hotels with Al old Spanish team, however they are not as comfortable and they are not as well run; this hotel is not that old, I think it opened in 2008 and is well kept, it doesn't look worn in need of a renovation, the hotel looks like new, the beds are comfortable, they have connecting rooms for families, the bathrooms are huge, the rooms are well sized, we keep staying here before we don't want to be disappointed by staying at other hotels. We will definitely come back.
