I stayed at Los Pasos for 3 nights with my family including two children and we loved our time here. The room very pretty, comfy, and well-equipped and the grounds were also beautiful. Included breakfasts at the restaurant and (paid) drinks on the roof terrace were fantastic. The location is very convenient.

Hotel Los Pasos is a gem—beautiful colonial architecture, spotless spacious rooms, and a lush courtyard that feels like an oasis in the city. The staff are warm and attentive, breakfast is delicious, and the rooftop views of the volcanoes are unbeatable. It’s officially my go‑to place whenever I’m in Antigua Guatemala.

An Oasis in Antigua Guatemala

Beautiful hotel and room but our room was hot

The hotel is beautiful and the room too. Everything is well kept. It’s nice and quiet. Very clean. I only gave it 4 stars because the room was hot. It made it hard to sleep. There is an air condition unit in the room but it’s in an area that does not cool down the room. The bathroom has no ventilation and the bathroom stays really hot all day. We had to make sure the bathroom door was closed all the time so it wouldn’t get the room even hotter. We’d leave on the AC hoping to return to a cold room but the cleaning crew would turn it off after cleaning our room. So it was a little frustrating in that part.

Excelente servicio, mucha comodidad en las habitaciones, desayunos espectaculares. Nos sentimos muy a gusto los días que estuvimos hospedados. Unicamente, que deberían de colocar la cantidad de toallas correcta para la cantidad de personas por habitación. Me tocó pedir los dos días una toalla extra porque solo colocaban 2 y eramos 3 en la habitación. Agradezco su hospitalidad.

We had an incredible time at our stay. The hotel is even nicer in person! So charming! The staff always friendly and attentive. Our room was gorgeous!
