The hotel public spaces are nice. Check in was seamless with the front desk employees being polite. Our deluxe room was small - however the king size bed, with crisp bedding was really comfortable. The room was really clean - no concerns here. We booked this hotel for the spa and jacuzzi. It was disappointing to learn we could not use the jacuzzi unless a spa package was purchased. Breakfast was included with our stay - the food and service was spotty. If we booked this hotel again, we would pass on the extra cost to include breakfast. The location was ok, less then a 10 minute walk to the city square area. In closing - the hotel is nice but will likely try a different hotel on our next visit to Antigua.

We had a great stay at Los Pasos! The staff are super welcoming and the room was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of options to pick from. The pancakes were my favorite! The spa service was also amazing, the best relaxing massage I’ve ever gotten!

Lovely setting

Lovely setting with lots of flowers and beautiful features. Very nice room although small with little room for clothes and no hooks in bathroom. Very nice breakfast Staff should know a little more about the surrounding businesses (is the cafe across the street reliable?) Spa was pleasant although massage was a little weak. Be sure to ask for harder pressure Do not purchase airport transfer from them. We ordered the airport pickup which has us waiting for almost an hour. Could have easily just taken a taxi or Uber as there were many at the airport.

I stayed at Los Pasos for 3 nights with my family including two children and we loved our time here. The room very pretty, comfy, and well-equipped and the grounds were also beautiful. Included breakfasts at the restaurant and (paid) drinks on the roof terrace were fantastic. The location is very convenient.

Hotel Los Pasos is a gem—beautiful colonial architecture, spotless spacious rooms, and a lush courtyard that feels like an oasis in the city. The staff are warm and attentive, breakfast is delicious, and the rooftop views of the volcanoes are unbeatable. It’s officially my go‑to place whenever I’m in Antigua Guatemala.
