Nice hotel with some mismanagement

After I booked I was contacted that the room I just booked was double booked at the same time. We was offered to stay the first night at a small studio and get a free dinner. The air conditioning in the studio was not working and sleeping with open windows was horrible due to all the mosquitos. So the first night was a mess. The rest of the stay was good. Nice apartment, clean, nice pool. The promised dinner was never received...so the owner decided to take 30 Euros off the total price which was not a fair deal...
