Indoor facilities
SunKeramos Retreat is a beautifully designed residence that can accommodate up to six guests, offering a harmonious blend of functionality, comfort, and understated elegance in the peaceful area of Fylaki Apokoronas.

On the ground floor, the villa features two carefully arranged bedrooms. The first bedroom features a queen-size bed that can be converted to twin beds upon request, and the second bedroom offers a queen-size bed. On this level, there is a communal bathroom with a bathtub. Additionally, in a separate area next to the main entrance of the villa, guests will find a fully equipped enclosed kitchen, designed to provide practicality and flexibility for meal preparation in a comfortable setting, along with an extra communal bathroom with a walk-in shower. The kitchen features a large folding aluminum door that creates a seamless transition between the cooking area and the outdoor pool area, and a kitchen island with 2 stools.

The first floor offers a bright and welcoming living area, ideal for gathering and relaxing. A fully equipped kitchen provides all the necessary amenities for a seamless self-catering experience, complemented by a dining table that comfortably seats up to 8 guests and direct access to a balcony with a dining table, offering partial views of the sea and surrounding mountains. A communal bathroom with a walk-in shower adds to the overall convenience.

Gracefully elevated above, an open-plan loft, set approximately 2.5 meters above the living area, offers a well-defined and inviting sleeping space while preserving an airy sense of openness. Accessed via a staircase, it features two comfortable single beds, providing a calm and comfortable setting for two guests.

Outdoor facilities
SunKeramos Retreat offers a beautifully designed outdoor environment where guests can fully embrace relaxation and the authentic charm of Crete. Outdoors, guests will find a swimming pool that can be heated upon request, perfect for enjoying refreshing moments throughout the day. A comfortable daybed invites you to unwind under the Cretan sun, while sunbeds and umbrellas are thoughtfully arranged around the pool area to ensure comfort and shade. An outdoor shower is also available for added convenience.

The exterior space further features a spacious dining area with a pergola, ideal for al fresco meals in a shaded and relaxing setting. A gas BBQ is provided for preparing delicious lunches or evening dinners, allowing guests to enjoy memorable dining experiences in the garden surrounded by nature.

Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool can be heated from March till the end of June and from September till the end of November, upon request, free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 - 27?C, depending on weather conditions. We request three days advance notice for this facility. Moreover, for July and August, the pool can be heated upon request at an additional cost. We also request three days advance notice for this facility, and the cost shall be paid in cash upon arrival.

From 2024, as stated in Article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A 94), there is a climate crisis resilience fee of EUR15 per night per villa from April to October and EUR4 per night per villa from November to March. This fee is payable in cash upon arrival.
