An elegant dining table is placed in the same space, fitting all family members, so you can enjoy memorable meals, accompanied by the amazing view of the pool and the deep blue of the sea!

The brand new modern and bright kitchen offers contemporary amenities and all kind of appliances, pantry items and kitchenware. Electrical microwave, oven, touch-screen stovetop, espresso machine, dishwasher, and many more will make cooking, just a game!

✔ Welcome service. We will wait for you at the villa for the check-in whenever you arrive. A briefing and a map of the region will be given to you explaining where to go and what to see, depending on your preferences.
✔ A welcome pack. Upon arrival some basic goods await you in the villa.
✔ All expenses and taxes of the Villa for the stay time are included in price.
✔ Free Wi-Fi, electricity, hot water, air-conditioning cooling or heating.
✔ Cleaning service is offered every three days.
✔ Linen change. Bed sheets and bath towels are changed on cleaning day with new and fresh.
✔ Early check-in and late check-out possible upon request and subject to availability.
✔ No pets allowed
✔ Smoking permitted only outdoor spaces
✔ Upon arrival at the villa, we will ask you to present a copy of your passport and fill in the guest form.
✔ The villa is also offered for wedding events.
