This Restorative Cabin offers stunning and expansive forest views, nestled steps away from the state park trailhead and a 10 min drive to the ocean. The cabin offers wood floors throughout, a huge kitchen and a large partially covered deck that overlooks the state park. This is a nature lovers dream come true. Surrounded by redwoods yet centrally located mins to Aptos and Santa Cruz. Perfect for a romantic retreat. NO LARGE PARTIES- {Quiet Hours} 9pm-9am.
The Space:
This is an eclectic rustic older cabin with so much charm nestled overlooking the forest. For people who enjoy rustic experiences.
Guest Access:
This driveway can only accommodate 1 vehicle no larger than a Subaru Outback. There is additional street parking for larger or additional guest cars. the driveway is steep.
Other Things to Note:
This listing has strict Quiet Hours of 9pm to 9am. There are permanent residents on the other side of the back deck wall. This neighborhood loves the peaceful nature and reports all excessive noise. Please do not be loud or disrespectful.
Cancelation fee: 5% of reservation total with a minimum of $100 fee will be held from all monies received in the event the cancelation falls within our refund and cancelation timeline. This is to cover 3rd party payment fees.
