Esta é a minha quarta vez hospedado no NB Hotel. Sempre o avaliei com 10/10 estrelas, porém, desta vez, duas coisas deixaram a desejar: Para um hotel de negócios, a qualidade da internet poderia ser melhor e mais confiável. A minha conexão caía com uma certa frequência. A manutenção do ar-condicionado. O meu colega de quarto caiu no chão por causa da falta de manutenção, admitida pelo funcionário quando reportei o acidente. Essa falta de manutenção causou o vazamento de água (condensada) do ar-condicionado, formando uma poça no chão. Gostaria de salientar que o problema foi consertado assim que reportei, porém, poderia ter causado um acidente grave, já que o meu amigo tem 82 anos. No mais, a equipe NB merece 10/10 pela atenção, recepção e profissionalismo.

Rooms were very simple and had everything I needed. A bit run down though, rough around the edges. The air conditioner liked to dip orange color water on me. The breakfast was nice, but the desserts tasted horrible, no sugar, stale, or old.

This is my second stay at NB. The hotel is conveniently located next to a mall, regional breakfast served, respectful and helpful staff. This is my go to place whenever I stay in Aracaju.

We really liked the spaciousness of the property. There was a smell that was like sewer gasses that came through the drains that didn’t go away. The beds need to be updated. They were springy and hard.

Great location if you are in town for business or just visiting. The staff are friend and helpful. The only thing I wish they had in the rooms was an iron. I’d recommend this hotel and I plan on staying on it again when I return to Brazil

Best in Town

Best hotel you can stay in for Aracaju and it’s not even close. Jardins is the safest neighborhood in the city, and NB is directly across from the mall. The staff is always extra helpful and friendly, and the morning breakfast is unbelievable. What a bang for your buck! The room is always clean and has a more modern feel than most other hotels in the area. This is a no brainer for anyone looking to stay in Aracaju. I will never stay at another hotel in the area other than NB.

Hotel excelente - certamente retoenarei

O hotel possui excelente localização, instalações muito boas, limpeza como deve ser. Duas coisas a melhorar: a variedade da comida no café da manhã é excelwnte mas precisa caprichar um pouco mais na qualidade. O outro aspecto é a ausencia de um ferro eletrico no quarto. A falta de uma piscina não diminue a qualidade do hotel
