Upon entering, you discover a large living/dining room of approximately 50 m², benefiting from a triple exposure and a very beautiful view of the pool, with access to the South balcony and the North terrace. There are also separate WCs. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator (with freezer section), a dishwasher, a washing machine, 4 hotplates, a hood, and a traditional oven. The south-facing master suite consists of a bedroom with 2 90cm beds pushed together, a bathroom and a balcony. There is also a second bedroom facing East with 2 90 cm beds and a balcony, a third bedroom facing East with 1 140 cm bed and a balcony, and a fourth bedroom facing South with 2 trundle beds in 90 and a balcony. There is a second separate WC and a shower room.
The east/west facing terrace is equipped with garden furniture and an awning to protect from the sun. Two parking spaces are available in the basement. The apartment has Internet and WIFI. It is very pleasant, bright and well equipped, with easy maintenance thanks to the parquet and tiled floors. It is a non-smoking apartment.
