New residence, completed in March 2019, located in a privileged location at the foot of the Mauresque Park, in the heart of the summer city center with secure private parking, electric gate and elevator.
You will find yourself in the calm and foot of all the shops of downtown Arcachon, hyper center (Monoprix, market, restaurants), 250 m from the main beach and 500 m from the train station.
You will have the pleasure of doing everything on foot.
Bike paths and eho-free bus shuttle.
Penthouse located on the 1st floor with terrace of 10 m² facing west.
All comfort, very bright, very well equipped, WIFI connection, terrace very nice for dinner or lunch for 4 people.
- Living room with sofa open on the terrace including flat screen TV, Harman kardon bluetooth speaker.
- Modern kitchen, open to the living room, fully equipped: induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee maker and Nespresso.
