Located in the residential area of Péreire, 400m from local shops and 1300m from the city center of Arcachon, APARTMENT T3 of 60m² on the 2nd floor of a luxury residence with elevator, on the first line with direct beach access:
- Double living room with 2-seater sofa bed (140X190), TV, WIFI opening onto BALCONY with furniture and magnificent sea view.
Independent kitchen, including: gas hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine.
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190) (wardrobe) / 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190) / bathroom with bathtub / separate toilet
SECURE UNDERGROUND PARKING - CLEANING INCLUDED
It is strictly forbidden to have parties in the rental (interior exterior).
Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:

-Boat trips around the island of birds, cabins on stilts, or crossing to reach Cap Ferret without forgetting fishing trips, or water sports such as windsurfing, water skiing, surfing, or kite surfing.
- Horse riding on the beach, Tennis, Golf.
