Located in the Péreire district, 1500m from Arcachon city center via a cycle path, 36m² STUDIO on the 2nd floor of a residence with elevator on the front line of the pool and direct beach access:
- Entrance, cupboard, living room with double sofa bed (140 x 190) and dining area, cupboard / TV opening onto terrace with FURNITURE and side sea view.
- equipped kitchen: combined ceramic hob/oven/dishwasher, microwave, top refrigerator.
-Bathroom, separate toilet.
- Covered and secure overhead parking
