Central Craftsman Apartment

Tucked back from the street, and close to EVERYTHING Arcata has to offer, this one-bedroom craftsman apartment is ready to be your home-away-from-home.

The back-half of our craftsman bungalow was converted into a second unit sometime in the late 1970’s. Fans of that era will appreciate the vintage touches, like the kitchen and shower yet also appreciate the modern comforts of new furnishings and comfortable memory foam mattress. Need more space? The queen-sized sofa bed can open up to sleep two more.

The kitchen is fully stocked and the large shared yard has a propane fire pit to enjoy on warm Arcata evenings.

The unit shares a wall with the adjoining apartment and has a window to the garden, so you may hear noise from neighbors or from guests in the yard. If the noise is everbothersome, please let us know ASAP and we'll do our best to fix it.

On-site coin-op laundry accepts quarters($1.00 to wash and $1.50 to dry) sorry, no change machine on site.

For the courtesy of other guests and neighbors, quiet hours are between 9PM and 8AM. Please also make sure that all laundry is completed before 9PM.

Street parking only.Use the alley for loading and unloading only. Parked cars will be ticketed and towed.
