This spacious and luxurious detached wellness villa with private swimming pool is located in the nature-rich holiday park Resort Arcen. It's close to the border with Germany and surrounded by De Maasduinen National Park, yet it's only 16 kilometres away from the city of Venlo. The fully and comfortably furnished villa has three floors. In the basement, you'll find the wellness facilities. You'll lack for nothing here. There's a swimming pool (28 °C), a combi-sauna (both traditional and infrared), a sun shower and relaxation chairs. Here you can relax and enjoy your well-deserved holiday. There's also a washing machine and dryer, a kitchenette and a toilet. On the ground floor, there's a spacious living room with a television. The open kitchen includes a combi-microwave oven and a dishwasher. There are also two double bedrooms. On the first floor, there are two more double bedrooms and a roof terrace. All bedrooms contain a television and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. The beds are single box-spring beds, which might be in a double set-up. You will have a garden with terrace and garden furniture at your disposal. There's also a sheltered sitting area with a hot tub (37 °C). In the summer, you can use this until 9:00 pm and, in the winter, until 8:00 pm. There is parking for two cars at the villa. Various chalets and villas can be booked at the Resort Arcen holiday park that accommodate four to twenty people.
