La Jasserie - Jardin de 1800 m² et terrasse
Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming house for rent in Argol, less than a kilometer from the Loc'h, with a surface area of 150 m² and accommodating up to 6 guests. It consists of a lovely 35 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bathtub), and you can enjoy a 1,800 m² fully enclosed garden. Wi-Fi, sheets, and towels are included. We are waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 35 m² living room with sofa, TV, and fireplace (wood not provided)
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A laundry room/pantry adjoining the kitchen
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) and a bathroom (with shower)
- A separate toilet
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: with two single beds (90×190)
- A bathroom (with bathtub and shower)
- A separate toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot, etc.
Outside:
- A beautiful, fully enclosed 1,800 m² garden
- An 80 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
The house is ideally located in Argol, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
