This beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house is situated on a picturesque point, offering breathtaking scenic views from every angle. Located near the downtown of Arley, convenient to the Arley Coffee Shop, La Plaza mexican restaurant and the Son's of Arley.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an inviting living room and spacious kitchen, perfect for preparing delicious meals and entertaining friends and family. Three comfortable bedrooms with Queen size bed in each one.
Outside, you'll find yourself immersed in the beauty of nature. While there's no dock on the property, fear not! A fantastic boat launch is conveniently located right on-site, making it easy to get out on the water and explore the lake to your heart's content. Also there is easy access to the water for swimming and playing in the water!
For those who love swimming, the property boasts a fantastic swimming area with no steps to the water, making it safe and accessible for kids and adults alike. With year-round water access, you can enjoy your favorite water activities any time of the year.
