This stunning contemporary home sits on a serene half-acre lot overlooking the 5th tee of Sequoia Woods Golf Course, offering one of the most secluded and peaceful settings in Blue Lake Springs, with optional access to the Sequoia Woods Country Club (fees apply). Perfect for families, couples, or groups, the home combines modern luxury with natural beauty, making it an unforgettable retreat.

Step inside the expansive great room, where soaring ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light and frame the tranquil pines and golf-course views. Gather around the striking custom stone fireplace, enjoy the designer lighting, and spread out on quartzite stone floors that add a timeless elegance.

The primary suite is a private haven in its own wing, featuring vaulted ceilings, large windows, dual walk-in closets, and a spa-inspired bathroom with soaking tub, separate shower, and private balcony – perfect for your morning coffee.

Downstairs, you’ll find plenty of room for everyone, with two comfortable bedrooms, a full bedroom and rec for family games or evening cocktails.

Outside, you;ll love the expansive private deck with dining & lounge seating overlooking the golf course and a fire pit.
Guests have access to Blue Lake Springs amenities ( guest fees apply). You'll be minutes from Calaveras Big Trees State Park trails, Bear Valley Ski Resort, White Pines Lake for kayaking, swimming, and fishing, Local wineries, charming shops, and dining in Arnold & Murphys

4WD or AWD strongly recommended in winter months. Garage is not available for guest use.

Access Information: You will receive check-in instructions, including your access code for entry, 2-4 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Please be sure to check your junk/spam email, as sometimes these instructions end up there.

Pet Policy: This cabin is not pet friendly - If a pet is brought to a non-pet friendly cabin, there will be a $1,000 fee charged to card on file.

Audio/visual cameras are on site (exterior only).

Tenant must be at least 25 years old to rent.

Communication: Property management will contact tenant by their preferred method of communication (personal email, text, etc.) to send a required rental agreement, check-in instructions, etc.

Payment (where applicable): A 2% surcharge (of the total transaction amount) will be added to your transaction charges when your credit card is charged. Upon booking, $300, plus the c/c fee, is due immediately and is charged to the credit card on file. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival (if you are booking a stay that is sooner than 30 days from the booking date, the full amount is due immediately & will be charged to your card on file). We will accept payment by check for the final payment, as long as your arrival date is further out than 45 days. If you wish to pay by check, please email our office immediately to advise us NOT to charge your card on file for the final payment.

Hole In One - On the 5th Tee! offers its guests barbecue grills, an arcade/games room, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
