Four strikes and you're out.

The room smelled bad. The carpet had stains. The mini fridge was sitting on the floor, so you had to get down on your knees to access it. Front desk staff was rude.

The room was very clean nice lake view from the balcony. The waterfront had several lifeguards. Had waterslides,water baketball, water volleyball. Wadind pool and slide for younger kids. Nice refrigerator in room. No phone or microwave. Everything was scanned. So just having a flip phone wasn't very helpful. No restaurants.

Won’t stay again

For the high price we found out we only received two free swim passes and had to pay for the other two. Reception at front desk was not friendly and was somewhat scolded when I asked for more towels. The AC did not work and I had to fix myself in the middle of the night. Doors were in poor condition and pillars holding up the balconies looked like they were about to fall over. The pool was nice and pool staff was good. There was no breakfast option either.
