This spacious all one level (a rare find in the cabin development) vacation cabin. Each reservation includes SIX daily waterpark passes and access to all resort amenities: Boji Splash Indoor Waterpark and swim-up bar, The Waterfront Grille and Bracco`s World Cafe restaurants, SkyRyder zipline, live music and entertainment, on-site fitness center, arcade and game room, and a fully stocked fishing pond!
`Playing Hooky` is one level living with an attached finished garage. The master bedroom offers a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom. The second guest bedroom offers a full over full bunk bed with twin trundle. The living room provides additional sleeping space with a full size pull out couch. Sleeping a total of 9 in the property. Just off the guest bedroom is a second full bathroom with shower/tub combination. The property boasts a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the comforts of home and seating for six at the table and three at the kitchen island. The patio off the living room is the perfect hang out with additional eating and entertainment space. Hang out by the firepit or grill up some steaks. That`s not all...the garage is also staged for entertainment with cornhole, foosball and a smart TV.

Cancelation Policy – Okoboji Vacation has set this policy with you in mind. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival with a full refund. If you need to cancel between 59 days and 30 days you will receive a 50% refund. Within 30 days of your arrival no refunds are given. Additional terms and conditions may apply if booking through a channel.
The Playing Hooky cabin is a professional managed Lake Okoboji vacation rental. Brought to you by Okoboji Vacation Co., a locally owned and operated company that has been your trusted name in hospitality since 2012. To ensure convenience and comfort, we provide a welcome kit of essential amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish & hand soap, garbage bags, dishwasher & laundry detergent. Included in your cleaning fee is the above toiletry starter pack, propane replacement, and access to our Host Store. Items including early check-in/late check-out options, hangover kits, pack n’ plays or toddler cots, bottled water packs, firewood, etc. are available for a small fee on the store and will be waiting in the home upon your arrival. Advanced Payment of 50% is due at the time of booking. Remaining Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. Failure to remit final rental payment by scheduled due date may result in cancellation of your reservation.
All payments are refundable prior to the cancelation due dates with exception of booking fees and credit card fees. To protect your rental investment, we strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, early departures, no shows, or cleaning or maintenance concerns. If present and reported, all cleaning or maintenance concerns will be corrected promptly.
Service fees may apply to guests who reserve online with a third party booking website. Third party services fees are not controlled nor collected by Okoboji Vacation Company, and as such are not reflected on reservation statements provided by Okoboji Vacation Company.
A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the traveler if canceled between 60 days and 31 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival will result in no refund. Booking fees and Credit card fees are nonrefundable.
A refundable security deposit of $300 may be charged on reservations. Guests will be responsible for all intentional damage to include but not limited to broken items, soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, or failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the property excessively dirty. Confetti or glitter is not allowed in the property.
