Great colonial house facing the beach in Arraial do Cabo, near the Lagoon, a paradisiac place. It has 90sqm built area, two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, pantry, garage and large balcony, Gourmet area with wood stove, Barbecue and WI-FI. The backyard is private with sandy beach.
The property is located in the center of Figueira, close to trade, is only 20 minutes from the Center of Arraial do Cabo and Cabo Frio.

The house is in front of a bealtiful beach next to a big lake for fisihing and practice sports.

Soy Mariana y fui con mis hijos ,marido y suegra, es un lugar para todas las edades, estuvimos 13 días disfrutamos del mar y la laguna, cerca de la propiedad hay supermercados, panaderia,verdulerias, carnicería,etc. Se puede salir a caminar de noche todas las calles estan bien alumbradas. Cuando llegamos nos recibió Rejane ,una genia nos mostro toda la casa. La propiedad esta frente al mar tiene unas vistas preciosas, desde la habitación asta la cocina se ve el mar. Las camas super comodas ,el baño comodo, y la cocina muy completa ,cocinamos de todo. El dueño Vinicius estuvo atento en todo momento fue muy amable. Seguramente vamos a volver ,ya que la experiencia fue hermosa 💖

Tudo perfeito em nossa estadia! Atendimento perfeito e rápido! Anfitrião nos deixou a vontade! Casa tem tudo para estadia perfeita! Tudo funcionando! Estadia agradável.

Estivemos aí por um final de semana e foi ótimo, os únicos pontos que eu apontaria como problema é o mar agressivo da praia de frente pra casa e o fato de que pro Centro de Arraial é uma distância de 30 min de carro e tem muitas pistas escuras até lá, então a noite não é legal. No mais, foi tudo maravilhoso.

Boa estadia

Gostamos muito mas faço uma observação. Faltam ultensilios de cozinha. O que tem é pouco e bem velho. Pratos, talheres, copos, jarra suco, vasilhas, panelas principalmente. No mais fomos super bem atendidos. O lugar é bem calmo pra descansar mesmo A praia não é pra banho devido a ser muito perigosa. No geral gostamos da estadia

Adoramos a casa, que é exatamente o que promete o anúncio, casa muito limpa. A praia realmente é brava dificultando o banho de idosos, mas no entorno tem uma bela lagoa e toda a estrutura de lojas necessária, além de estar bem próximo do centro de arraial do cabo (15 minutos de carro). Muito Obrigado Vinicius e Rejane pela estadia, voltaremos com toda certeza.

É a segunda vez que eu fico na casa, o Vinícius como sempre muito atencioso. A casa é bastante espaçosa e tem uma piscina pequena que é ótimo para crianças. Pra quem gosta de tranquilidade com a família é uma ótima opção.

Casa aconchegante lugar tranquilo

Casa simples mas muito gostosa limpa ,e organizada , Vinícius responde todas duvidas foi flexível na entrada e saída que pra mim foi muito importante pois contava com jogarmos de onibuns. A praia em frente muito forte as ondas mas boa pra sentar ouvi o mar pois é bem vazia quase não tem pessoas se banhando. Eu gostei da casa e do lugar pois gosto muito de uma tranquilidade .

Lugar tranquilo,vizinhança simpática, fácil acesso ao comércio, vista para a praia,utensílios de cozinha disponível. Anfitriã muito Simpática e prestativa. Falta alguns reparos bem básicos, como maçaneta do banheiro e tomada do micro-ondas,mas nada que nos trouxesse algum incômodo. Recomendável!

Praia paradisíaca

A praia é um maravilhosa e tem pouco movimento, mesmo em alta temporada. Ideal para quem busca sossego. O vento é forte e é dificil manter sombra com guarda sol comum. A estrutura do bairro poderia melhorar, ruas ruins e mal iluminadas. A casa cumpre o que promete. Estava bem limpa em nossa chegada. É simples mas funcional. A piscininha é perfeita para crianças. A sugestão que dou ao Vinicius é colocar grades nas janelas dos quartos já que não há ar condicionado. O calor é muito forte e fica complicado não poder dormir com janelas abertas.

Não foi o que esperava!

A localização da casa não é exatamente o que imaginei. Não conseguimos aproveitar nenhum dia na praia em frente a casa pois o mar estava MUITO agitado sendo assim impossível permanecer com crianças lá. Tivemos um problema com o chuveiro e o proprietário nos informou que nos teríamos que resolver.(contratando um eletricista).

A estadia foi tranquila fomos bem recebidos e assessorados tanto pelo anfitrião qto pela responsável de nos entregar as chaves! Casa bem localizada o mar em frente e sensacional! A noite da virada teve fogos na praia e da casa deu para ver tudo perfeitamente e foi lindo! O único ponto negativo são os pernilongos que são muitos muitos mesmos, os ventiladores n dao conta e nem os venenos kkk, a casa e pequena então ficava muito calor pq tinha que ficar com as janelas todas fechadas, e mesmo assim tinham muitos muitos pernilongos Acredito que se tivesse ar condicionado p ligar somente à noite a estadia teria sido 100%. Fora essas duas observações tivemos dias lindos em família !!! Obrigada

Foi excelente local idêntico ao anunciado Vinicius anfitrião super prestativo e atencioso,Rejane responsável pela conservação do local nos recebeu muito bem e sempre que solicitada tirou nossas dúvidas, adoramos d + casa pé na areia, espaço externo muito agradável,piscina excelente para criança,vista inexplicável muito muito bom msm apenas uma obs se for utilizar o GPS provavelmente ele vai te levar na rua mas do lado inverso(lado da lagoa) mas podem ficar tranquilos pois é só atravessar para o outro lado por que lá é tem a avenida cortando a rua ae e definido um lado e a lagoa é o outro lado e a praia 🌴

Lugar muito bonito.

Pelas fotos achei q a casa era maior, mas coube todo mundo tranquilo. Tirando o mar q estava muito agitado e infelismente meu marido perdeu a prótese da perna no mar e os bombeiros de Arraial disseram q ñ podiam nos ajudar. Foi bom.
