Just few minutes drive to Pismo beach/ pier & wineries, 10 min walk to the charming village of Arroyo Grande with restaurants, bars and shops. Home sleeps 8 comfortably with luxury beddings. Fully stocked kitchen incl. air fryer & IP. We provide 55’’-65’’ TVs in every room with streaming internet. BONUS Game room w/ TV, bar seating, shuffle board, Foosball & board games. Large entertainment backyard area with gas BBQ grill.

Our place is walking distance to the charming village of Arroyo Grande, as well as few minutes drive to Pismo pier, Pismo downtown, Golf course, sand dunes, local wineries and hiking trails. The 2 stories home features with elegant Mid-century modern decoration theme, gas fireplace indoor and out door. The house included water softener and instant hot water. Top level has a master suite w/ 1 King bed, working desk, and Jack & Jill bathroom; 2nd room has 1 Queen bed. Ground level has 2 bunkbeds (Twin over Twin & Full over Full) and 1 full bathroom.
Fully stocked kitchen with gas BBQ grill to cook a hearty meal for your friends and family.
To top it off, the Game room with a brand new Shuffle board, Foosball table, bar table and board games are awaited for entertainment. We hope many memories and laughter are created here.
