Cozy apartment with outdoor spaces, in Cala de Flores, a few steps from the Marina of Porto Cervo and a few minutes drive from the magnificent beaches of the Costa Smeralda.
The apartment, located on the ground floor, boasts a large furnished veranda with dining area surrounded by plants and flowers: a perfect space to enjoy moments in the open air. The entrance opens onto the living area, equipped with a single sofa bed, a dining table, a television and a fully-equipped kitchen complete with an oven. The sleeping area features a bedroom with two single beds, which can be joined if necessary, and a closet. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.
Guests will benefit from comforts such as a washing machine and iron.
*The shared swimming pool is open from the 1st of July to the 15 September. A swimming cap could be required.
*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.
Porto Cervo, the unquestioned capital of Costa Smeralda, is an exclusive seaside village built around an inlet that resembles a deer that has become the kingdom of luxury holidays. In the sixties, Prince Karim Aga Khan IV, fascinated by the beauty of this coastline, decided to buy the lands of this corner of Gallura to create the paradise of elite international tourism.
