Villetta Il Sospiro del Vento is a fantastic property within a complex of villas located near the center of Porto Cervo. This residential complex is equipped with a shared swimming pool and a padel court. The property is a beautiful example of light and white, prime elements of the architectural style of the Costa Smeralda which, combined with the countless shades of wood, give the room a warm feeling of home. Outside, a spacious veranda equipped with a lounge area allows one to spend some relaxing moments in company or to enjoy the breathtaking sea view.

Inside, villetta Il Sospiro del Vento is structured on a single floor occupied by a spacious and, thanks to the transparency of the french windows, a very bright open space consisting of a fully equipped kitchen and embellished with furniture, an example of Sardinian craftmanship, and a living zone with a comfortable sofa. To complete the floor, two bedrooms one double and one with two single beds, both very bright and constant in the coastal style.

Please note:
- it is possible to add 1 bed for the 5th guest at a cost of € 30/day;
- the swimming pool is open from 15/05 to 1/10 at the following times: from 10 to 13 and from 15 to 20;
- padel costs €40 for an hour and a half in the low season and €60 for an hour and a half in high season. The price of the rackets amounts to €5 each.

The interior of the villa may be slightly different depending on the booking and the period. However, photos will be sent before arrival.
