The house features 4 spacious bedrooms: two with queen-size beds (one on the ground floor), one with a double bed, and one with two single beds—ideal for families or groups of friends. Two modern bathrooms, including one on the ground floor, ensure everyone’s comfort and privacy. The fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.) lets you prepare meals just like at home.



Enjoy underfloor heating on the ground floor and radiators upstairs powered by a heat pump, providing cozy warmth year-round. A secure bike garage is available—perfect for exploring the many local cycling trails.



Outside, a jacuzzi is available for an extra fee, along with a large wooden terrace featuring outdoor seating, table, chairs, parasol, and a wood barbecue.



The house is ideally located: 5 minutes’ walk to the beach, 10 minutes to shops, and 20 minutes to the port. All amenities are nearby (bakeries, restaurants, local market, shops, boat rentals). The port is also the starting point for many excursions to the Gulf of Morbihan islands or Belle-Île-en-Mer.
