Maison sur les hauteur du village, avec un grand jardin. Orienté plein soleil ce qui fait qu'à partir de la fin de matinée, on ne peu pas trop y être à cause de la chaleur. Mais le soir, agréable de faire un BBQ dehors.Maison un peu originale à l'intérieur, avec énormément d'ustensiles et de vaisselle (un peu disparate mais bien équipée), beaucoup de livres (on sent que c'est une maison habitée, ce qui est bien), de bons lits. Et gros point positif : bien isolé avec bon double-vitrage.Sinon ce n'est pas très honnête ne pas dire dans l'annonce qu'un locataire à l'année habite dans un studio-RDC contre la maison et doit passer par l'arrière de la maison dans le jardin pour accéder chez lui. Ceci dit, on ne l'a qu'entre-aperçu, le monsieur d'un certain âge est super discret, aucun bruit et invisible.Sinon la route qui passe devant la maison qui est un cul de sac et qu'on pensais être déserte et un vrai boulevard de piétons montant au sommet mythique et regardant en passant dans le jardin (un peu lassant quand on est dehors mais pas terrible non plus). Evidemment le loueur ne peu rien y faire (sauf à laisser pousser un peu plus haut la haie)
