Refurbished in 2009, the kitchen retains its original scullery, which is still accessible and provides facilities for chopping your own logs, should you wish to do so (subject to conditions and availability). A basket of logs will be provided if you prefer not to handle it yourself. The kitchen is well-equipped with a gas range cooker, hob, and dishwasher, and the washing machine is located in the cloakroom.

To the front of the property, there are two bedrooms, each with en-suite shower rooms that have underfloor heating and heated towel rails. At the rear, accessed via the kitchen stairs, are two more bedrooms, a family bathroom, and a fifth 'walk-through' bedroom, which can be accessed from either the front or rear stairs. All the bedrooms are fitted with 6ft zip and link beds, offering flexibility as they can be configured as twin or double rooms.

An original 'secret' staircase leads to the second floor, where guests can enjoy the attic games room, perfect for children or adults looking for some entertainment.
