This lovely four bed, 4 bath property sleeps up to 8 guests and has French doors leading out onto a decked balcony area, giving you superb views across the meadow. In walking distance of the beautiful Carsington Water and a short drive away from the towns of Ashbourne and Wirksworth, it is also in easy reaching distance of lots of local attractions including Alton Towers and Chatsworth House. This property is an ideal base for bringing your bicycles or walking boots, as in just a 10 minute drive you can be on the Tissington Trail, which gives you miles of safe off road cycling or walking, taking in the fabulous views of the Derbyshire Dales as you go. All cottages at our holiday village can make use of the indoor heated swimming pool and games room.

All bedrooms have ample drawer and wardrobe space, bedrooms one and two have a TV.

Two hairdryers are provided.

Bedroom 1 is located on the ground floor and has an en suite bathroom with bath and shower over, WC and hand basin.

Bedroom 2 has an en suite bathroom and has a bath with shower attachment, WC and hand basin.

Bedroom 4 has an en suite shower room, with enclosed shower, WC and hand basin.

The family bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, WC and hand basin and is next to bedroom 3.

A high chair (without straps) is available upon request .
