Very clean room, comfortable bed, good pillows. Breakfast was great, the attendant was friendly and helpful. Room wasnt large, nor was bathroom, but the sink was in the entryway, so that helped. One complaint was that the building has 5 floors, but only one painfully slow elevator. We took the stairs down from the 5th floor. But really, 5 floors and only 1 elevator??

I thought the location was convenient for where we were going. The road in front of the property is really busy, but they do offer an alternative route to exit. I thought the elevator took a long time to get to you. Really not able to use the spa due to children being in it for long periods of time.

Terrific Location & Value near Biltmore Estate

Room was modern & clean. Nice choice of breakfast options but not a fan of powder eggs. Hot tub was plenty hot. This hotel is a great value. Also enjoyed the proximity to the Biltmore Estate.

Great location, quiet, clean, good breakfast

I stayed for a couple days before moving back into my rental property. It was super comfortable and quiet, great breakfast for the hotel class and the hot tub/pool area was open late enough (20p) I could enjoy both after a long day. Great location. The only downside (minor) is it’s quite busy on the road out front but there is a back way they tell you about when I register. I’d been avoiding recommending the hotels in that strip to visiting friends for this reason and wish I’d known about the back access before. I’ll definitely be recommending to visitors. Locals: they take an extra cash deposit from locals to minimize the risk from rude guests who behave badly. Just be a respectable guest and it’s no problem.

Super nice rooms. Cleanliness is above and beyond. Owner is onsite and he’s fabulous! Super nice. The place smells really fresh and the breakfasts are amazing. And pricing is GREAT! Very affordable.
