Hotel was in excellent condition. Beds were comfy and had a big mini fridge and microwave. Bathroom had new fixtures and clean shower. Room was big with large tv, desk, and two chairs. Free breakfast was great. Overall highly recommend

It’s Ok

Brookstone is centrally located to drive for entertainment, food, and nature activities. None of the above is in walking distance. House keeping is good to go. Breakfast is a basic hot meal. The only issue was each morning we were there, the eggs, sausage and yogurt ran out 60-75 minutes before scheduled ending. If u asked more would be provided eventually. To many signs about what not to do. We had a personal safety issue that took way too long to resolve. If you’re passing through-it’s an economical place to use.

I loved that it’s close to BILTMORE, shopping, restaurants & I-40 exit. Also the super comfy bed & variety of pillows, the surprising makeup light surrounding the bathroom mirror, soft backlit shower (instead of harsh florescent lights). Also the indoor pool, free hot breakfast, in room coffee, fridge & micro. I’ll stay here again!

Our room was amazing, the bed was comfortable, it was clean. Staff were super friendly and they have the regular breakfast options every morning. Their gym wasn’t all that great but they had a nice pool and overall it was close to all the activities we did, perfect location. Also would like to add that the tv isn’t a smart tv, wasn’t a problem for us but we would’ve brought the fire stick :/ but I’m definitely coming to Asheville, it’s so beautiful here!

We had to wait over 20 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check in. Although at a glance the room was tidy, the floors were very tacky. I definitely needed to always have my slippers on. It could be from the cleaning products used, as the room had a strong chemical smell for several hours after checking in. Shower was a nice walk in design, but water pressure was low. Coffee pot in the room did not work & the bed frame was not properly attached to the metal base, so the mattress basically slid around any time we tried to get into bed. My husband did the best he could to stabilize. Front desk mentioned that they were having issues with the king beds doing that & were waiting on parts for repair.

It was a nice hotel with friendly staff and decent included breakfast. The rooms were clean and tidy, but the outlet under the TV in our room didn't work, and the bathtub/shower had a chunk of grout missing. I was annoyed to find out when we arrived that despite our reservation being for a room with 1 king bed, we were given a room with 2 full sized beds instead. I went back to the desk to ask if there was a mistake and how we could fix it (I would have preferred to change to the correct room, but would have been willing to take a price adjustment instead.) The man at the desk informed me that the king bed rooms are very limited and are given out by availability, so we were given a 2 queen room since none were currently available. He mentioned that the price was the same before I even asked about an adjustment and left me with nothing to do but just accept it and carry on. He was calm and polite, but I got the impression he has had to have this interaction many times. Very frustrating to know that making a reservation for a specific room apparently does not translate to actually reserving that room. Not to be petty, but I did happen to have a tape measure in my bag and I felt like there was no way these beds could be queen-sized, so I checked. The booking options all state queen, and he specifically said queen, but they are actually full-sized, so if you're planning on booking a "2 queen" room to share the beds just keep in mind they're actually full-size.

Was a clean hotel. Nice location. Parking wasnt so great wasnt alot of room for parking. Room was okay but fan didnt work in bathroom , and outlet had sparks when something was plugged in. Pull out sofa had no bedding and was very uncomfortable matress was awful. Other than that romm was great, pool was nice as well.. Breakfast was good but not alot of choices its like they ran out and didnt want to refill it, we went down to Breakfast around 830. Other than that nice hotel.
