Room was fine. Bed was soft. Chair at desk looked old and worn. Seat next to bed had stains. Breakfast was typical continental breakfast stuff, scrambled eggs, sausages, potatoes, waffles, etc. Area around and near hotel seems a bit run down. It was near the Blue Ridge Parkway.

The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good with a wide variety of selections and it was quiet. We had a quick stay of one night and this was just the Hotel we needed to rest and get going again.

Staff was extremely welcoming; check-in and out smooth and simple. The bed was comfortable but we could hear some highway traffic. Breakfast was fairly good. The quality of everything was good, and cost was fair.

The first thing walking in you notice is the smell of disinfectant. The breakfast area was disgusting and the food was subpar. There was no service. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. There was no desk chair or anywhere to sit beside the bed.
