You will have private and exclusive access to the entire apartment. This unit is located on the first floor of a four-unit building.

While your apartment is your own, you will enter through the building's main front door, which leads to a common interior stairway. The back stairs are shared with one neighboring tenant on the second floor.

We ask that pet owners to bring their own dog towels, food bowls, and bedding. No pets on the furniture.
