The rooms are very spacious and great bathrooms with lots of counter space. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers and all of our stuff. Everything looks clean and up to date. Conveniently located, friendly staff. Only cons are the shower temperature fluctuating and homeless people nearby, but that is common around the city. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

Every staff member I talked to was friendly and helpful. I forgot my toothbrush and toothpaste and she happily gave me those. My room was quiet and comfortable. The bathroom was handicapped accessible with a roll in shower. It had been redone recently. Clean and extra big. Would definitely stay there again.

The room and service was good, but our bike was stolen off our car during the night! They didn’t seem to care at all. The person at the desk said she would tell her manager! Said manager never came to talk to us. I understand it wasn’t their fault, but the manager could have at least said something to us! We waited 2 hours for the police to come! They never did, unfortunately. We ended up doing a phone report!

The front desk staff and managers at this hotel are disrespectful and unprofessional to work in the hotel business. During out stay on November 7, 2025, the front desk and manager's on duty were very disrespectful to us. Seems if you are not a member of this hotel chain, you are not treated humanely. We requested extra time...15 minutes to take a shower before checkout, they would not allow it. The manager told us he would charge us an extra day for 15 minutes passed the11:00 am. Check out time. He was very rude and above all, would not give us his name. Do not stay at this hotel, they are disrespectful and rude.
