Yksityinen vierashuone, jossa kannella ja oma sisäänkäynti on valmis sinulle! Huone on osa vuoden 2010 lisäystä 1890-luvun kotiimme. Asumme lähes kahdella eekkeriä kadulla aivan Downtown Asheville. Vain 15 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä alueen parhaimmista ravintoloista, baareista, putiikeista, taidegallerioista ja hauskoista! Kiinteistöomme sijaitsee North Carolina Asheville -yliopiston yliopistossa. Olemme myös hyvin lähellä Ashevillen kasvitieteellisiä puutarhoja, North Asheville Tailgate Market, Trader Joes ja Whole Foods. On queen-vuode ja kylpyamme, jossa on suuri suihkukaappi. Mukana on pieni alue, jossa on jääkaappi / pakastin, kahvinkeitin, vedenkeitin. Varastoimme myös paikallisesti paahdettua kahvia säestyksellä ja valikoimalla teetä.
Tämä loma-asunto on saanut mahtavaa palautetta sijainnistaan. Majoituspaikka sijaitsee vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kohteesta Botanical Gardens at Asheville (kasvitieteellinen puutarha). Loma-asunnossa tarjoaa asiakkaille ilmaisen Wi-Fi-yhteyden ja kahvinkeittimen.

Weekend in Asheville

Gorgeous place. ‘Garden’ doesn’t do it justice the Botanical Garden nearby wasn’t any prettier than what Mary has done with her amazing property. So private and peaceful and quiet. Yet convenient to everything fun, including breakfast at Sunny Point Cafe in West Asheville. Mary is a gracious host and if you show interest in her garden you might wind up with something sweet to take home to yours. The room and bed and bathroom are beautifully and comfortably appointed. We will return!

Short stay in Asheville

Delightful property next to downtown and arts areas. Walkable and easy drive to those locations as well! Mary was a warm host who made for easy check-in and check out. Intimate bedroom with beautiful bathroom which made our stay enjoyable. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful everything!

I have traveled many years for work and vacation.Mary and her warm hospitality are a very welcome respite from the same old of hotels. The property is comfortable, tranquil, scenic and perfectly located to travel near and far in the Asheville area. We will be back!

Small town charm in a convenient, serene setting!

The hostess, Mary, was warm and inviting. She gave us a quick orientation on the property and provided us with excellent customer service - from recommending local places to eat to making sure we had whatever we needed. She even went out of her way to print documents we needed in a timely manner that came to us via email. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and we especially enjoyed spending our evenings on our private patio. This is a perfect location for a couple! Be advised there is no TV, but we didn't need one! If you have a stay in Ashville, we HIGHLY recommend this venue. It is so much better than a hotel!!! 5 stars all the way.

Beautiful room close to downtown. Very relaxing front porch overlooking gardens. So close to downtown but you feel like you are out in the country. Room was well laid out with plenty of space. Very relaxing visit. Highly recommend.

Very nice

We enjoyed our two night stay. The room was perfect in all ways. Our host's were welcoming and friendly. The gardens are peaceful and beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and relaxing in the evening after spending time in Ashville. And it is just a few minutes drive to downtown Ashville.

Peaceful retreat with a walkable downtown

Loved loved loved the accommodations. Everything was so well maintained. It was quiet and private and had all of the amenities, including your own porch with patio furniture and a lovely view. I walked downtown without a problem in about 20 minutes. I’ve been to Asheville before but this is so much nicer than a hotel. Would highly recommend. Cheers!

Mother Daughter Getaway

My daughter (18) and I spent 4 nights at Mary’s place in Asheville and we loved the clean, cozy space. We had privacy to come and go as we wanted, but Mary was available to answer questions and make recommendations to enhance our stay. The room was lovely and we appreciated the spa-like shower. It was a perfect location for us- just a short drive to downtown Asheville. We highly recommend the Gray Line trolley tour and a tour of The Biltmore Estate while you’re in Asheville!

Lovely Accommodations

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights. We really enjoyed the room and park-like setting within 1 mile of amenities. Mary was very nice and responsive, plus her check-in instructions were clear. We appreciated the personal touches within the room: fresh cut daffodils and buds in vases, and beverages in the mini fridge. The space was clean and well appointed. We look forward to returning when the garden is in full bloom.

We enjoyed our stay in Asheville here. There was not much time spent at the guest room as we had exploring to do, but it was very quiet and clean. Mary was very nice and showed us everything we needed to know about the property.
