We spent 3 nights at the lodge. The lodge was just the right amount of space for our family of 4. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to prepare your meals. The lodge was clean and well maintained.There were a few downsides one was the water pressure. When using the sink in the kitchen the water in the shower would go cold and I unfortunately was not able to use the lovely tub as the water did not heat up after two attempts. Also the lighting around the lodge needs to be checked as on dark evenings it was difficult to see when returning from our days out.

Fabulous stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the lodge, the children especially loved the outside space & the freedom to run around in the meadow. The lodge was cosy & clean the only thing that bothered us was the low pressure shower but it certainly didn’t ruin our stay.

Lovely little place

Lovely little place to stay, had all we needed and was cosy at night. Kitchen well equipped and was lovely to have the welcome pack with cake, tea and crisps. Beds were comfy and so were the sofas. Had Netflix for the evenings which was good. I have marked it down slightly as there was building material spoiling the view a little bit which was a shame however it rained most of the time so we didn’t get to enjoy the outside space but this is England! Haha Thank you for a lovely stay

Loved it!

Wonderful stay. The host was amazing. She left us adapters which worked perfectly since we were visiting from America. The kitchen was great, we cooked meals in the oven and used the very large fridge. The shower was a good size and lots of hot water!

A lovely little property for family of 4. Kids happily played in the meadow, and beds were comfortable.... The deluxe hamper on arrival was a lovely surprise.... location great for attractions...

The best breakaway ever had.

A quiet and peaceful girls break at Nimrod Lodge. Absolutely peaceful and tranquil. The property was just as advertised, we felt as though we had literally stepped into the photographs. Clean, tidy and super comfortable. The kitchen was a dream and easy to use, and a few gadgets we loved lol. The water system love love love. It is was warm and felt like home away from home. The grounds were immaculate. We enjoyed a morning or two outside with our coffees and hot coco. Wrapped in our blankets to keep off the chill and just admiring the scenery along with some girl talk. Dissertation work got done, the start of a novel and some much needed rest and laziness we are all happy ladies. The owner is an absolute gem, hands on, and absolute star. And question asked she was able to answer and keep our minds at ease. We even got to meet her and introduce ourselves. We will definitely be staying here again. We are actually trying to figure out how we can all pencil it in our diaries lol. The local towns are easy to find with a good sat navigation. Great value for money. You won't be disappointed. If I could I'd give Nimrod 10 stars as it surpassed it's expectations. Until we meet again Nimrod 😊

a perfect place for your holidays

What a great stay we had in nimrod lodge. The chalet was really cosy, well equiped for children and nicely located. The garden is huge and perfect for the kids to entertain. We felt like home!

Laura, die Gastgeberin ist eine total liebe und zuvorkommende Person, die sofort hilft bei allen Fragen und eventuellen Problemen. Jederzeit gerne wieder. Lovely and quiet wooden house that is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay in Kent. Laura, the hostess, is a really lovely and courteous person who immediately helps with any questions and possible problems. Gladly again at any time.

Reise nach Biddenden

Schöne saubere und ruhige Unterkunft, Ausstattung wie beschrieben. Ausgezeichnete Lage für Ausflüge in die Umgebung, z.B. London, Canterbury, Leeds Castle, Hastings usw. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Land bei netten Gastgebern.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Das Ferienhaus liegt in ruhiger Lage auf einem Farmergelände. Wir hatten mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern ausreichend Platz. Das Grundstück ist riesig und war für unsere Kinder optimal geeignet. Das Haus und die Ausstattung entspricht der Beschreibung. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Wir können Nimrod Lodge jedem empfehlen, der einen etwas ruhigeren Ort in schöner Atmosphäre sucht.
