Apartment in Ashford

We needed somewhere right in Ashford so we could visit a sick relative. Apartment was in a large block, security was very good and location was perfect for us. Not really a tourist destination. Apartment was very clean and mostly ok - however the TV only had the limited free channels and radio and the double bed/pillows and duvet were of poor quality so we did not sleep well. Did not have any contact with agency at all.

Net appartement, maar service zeer slecht

Appartement was ok, zeer dicht bij centrum en bushalte en bij station (Eurostar + gewone treinen). Supermarkt en restaurants in directe omgeving, perfect. Wij verbleven 12 nachten. Er waren voor het aantal nachten erg weinig handdoeken en wc papier. Helaas brandmelders batterijen bij aankomst zo goed als leeg waardoor deze piepten. Deze zelf losgemaakt. Hiervoor direct gebeld, alsook voor handdoeken en toiletpapier. Werd gemeld dat dag erna iemand zou komen..... Niemand gezien. Nog 2x gebeld maar niets. Aangeleverde telefoonnummer was altijd voicemail. Bij aankomst zou bij beveiliging bekend zijn dat we kwamen, was niks bekend daar...
