Great location and well managed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The 3BR condo was in a perfect location and well designed. The kitchen had tons of dinnerware, tools, etc. Aspen Alps management is excellent! They fixed an inoperable drain 10 mins. after I called and brought in extra fans immediately.Very well maintained inside but the exterior of the complex is in serious need of repair. Rotting wood and marginal stairways and the place looks like a Class C apartment project. They can get the very high rents based on location alone but with the values as $$ they are in Aspen, it’s hard to understand allowing a property’s exterior to become this shabby.That being said, I cannot say enough positive things about the complex management. They were excellent and went above and beyond for all requests.
