Welcome to Lift One's upgraded 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condominium. Unit #310, is a third floor, corner unit offering a mountain retreat that combines comfort, style, and an unbeatable location.
This condo features two master suites, each with an ensuite bathroom, one with a king bed, the other with a split king bed that can be configured as a king or two twin beds to suit your needs. The third bedroom also offers a split king bed with flexible configuration options, conveniently located near the hall bathroom. All bathrooms have been recently upgraded to showcase modern, elegant designs. The fully equipped kitchen boasts a large bar/counter with seating for six, perfect for entertaining or enjoying a family meal. Step outside the living area to a large wraparound balcony offering stunning mountain and pool views, providing a serene spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

Lift One Condominiums is walking distance to downtown Aspen! Our property is located steps away from Aspen Mountain's historic lift 1A and three blocks from Aspen's Silver Queen Gondola. We are just one block from Wagner Park and half a block from Koch Park. Lift One is on the bus route, which gives you the ability to be dropped off right in front of our complex. Great little spot!

We lucked out by finding this place last minute. It was exactly as advertised. It looks like the bathrooms were updated, which is a bonus. My only note is that the carpet needs to be replaced. Otherwise, the condo is clean & it’s in the perfect location.
