The Inn is currently under construction. It is in a peaceful location. Shuttle is useful to go around the city. Our room had a poor design for shower leading to leaking water to bathroom. Also, hotel does not have its own restaurant for breakfast and there are limited options at restaurant onsite.

This was a very nice hotel. Easy to locate, park at and very accommodating. The complimentary bikes you can use are great and the free shuttle to anywhere in town is such a luxury. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The in hotel restaurant is also really good! (Bbq) Only downside was there is some construction happening and the pool/spa is not open right now. But, overall all our stay was amazing and we will be back!

It was a surprise arriving at the property to see The entire hotel area where the rooms are covered with scaffolding on both sides. So rooms over the parking lot and rooms overlooking the mountain and pool area recovered with scaffolding doors to the patio blocked off with plywood and view obscured with scaffolding bars.. work started outside our room at 8 o’clock in the morning till 5 o’clock in the evening with a digger operating just outside our window and men operating other equipment. It’s quite a shock because none of that is clear in the Expedia listing. The hotel staff pointed out showing me that the pool area is being renovated in a small note in the details about the property. Complete Gross under explantion! Completely shocking! Secondly, the rooms are well decorated with a very comfortable bed they’ve obviously been updated. But the fact that it’s an old hotel most rooms have an adjoining room next-door that can be joined. Bye a door separating them. The problem is you can hear the people talking in the next room as though they are in the same room with you there is no privacy and that respect or Quiet if someone is there. If someone is talking or speaking on the telephone, you can hear every word that is said. The room is very comfortable and well appointed.. the staff are amazingly friendly and there is free transportation shuttles to take you into Aspen or Highlands are most places you want to go. I’d recommend it as a good place to stay when completed!

Wish we would have known ahead of time that it would be under construction. Was loud in the morning and we weren’t able to enjoy a view on the balcony as the construction had taken it away. The lighting in the room is poor as well. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly.

Our experience was ok. Was not aware that it was under construction, mind you not a lot of noise, off for the weekend, but not a pretty sight. We were given a room closest to the laundry and free coffee area which is where people congregated and we could hear the conversations. This was annoying as we were awakened several times each nite and early morning around 6am. The restaurant and bar Home Team BBQ was great, very friendly staff and good BBQ food, as were the front desk and shuttle driver, Eyup, who went above and beyond for us. Thanks Eyup!! It s about a 1.5 miles from downtown Aspen. We drove in and out of town a lot. Luckily it was off season so not a lot of traffic, easy parking.

Hotel is under major construction, which was not advertised or communicated prior to booking. Very frustrating to show up to a property surrounded by scaffolding and wake up to the smell of paint from the room across the ball that they started working on at 7:30 in the morning! Extremely displeased by this experience.

We received the worst customer service, EVER. And it happened to be by a shift manager. My husband and I arrived 2/14/25 checked in, everything was great. We get to our room that happened to be a connecting room, I checked to make sure the door was locked. It wasn’t. The room could be accessed by complete strangers, both ways. We immediately called downstairs. We were assured maintenance was coming to fix it. We had dinner reservations and maintenance never showed. We spoke to management who was extremely rude. She offered to store our luggage downstairs. When we arrived downstairs she basically threw the keys at us and told us to put our luggage away ourselves. My husband demanded customer service and this lady started screaming, threatening to leave us out on the street for the night, I have video. I managed to remove my husband from this horrible lady. We left the next day. Please stay away from this place!
