The location could not be better, steps from St Francis Basilica. The views are spectacular. I valued the history of the hotel, which used to be a monastery. They have done a good job adding some modern conveniences while maintaining its historic foundation. Breakfast was simple but tasty and the customer service was excellent. Very much recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was not that good every thing was cold but the coffee. Same food everyday. Room was beat up for it only being 1 year old, walls were dirty and beat up. Property was beautiful. The smoking area seemed to be below our room because our room smelled like smoke 3 or 4 times a day and night. Staff was good. I would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help, which made us feel very welcomed throughout our visit. The hotel itself is simple, but very comfortable—perfect for a peaceful stay. One of the highlights was the chapel on the third floor. It was quiet, beautiful, and truly a place where you could feel a deep sense of rest and peace. The location is unbeatable, as it’s right next door to Basilica of Saint Francis of Assisi, making it easy to visit such a special and sacred place. Breakfast was a good, traditional Italian breakfast, and we enjoyed it very much. And the view from our room was absolutely breathtaking—something we will not forget. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and meaningful stay in Assisi. I can’t wait to come again!

Positives: -There is a Eucharistic chapel available for prayer 24/7 inside the hotel! -Clean -Staff was helpful -Water bottles and other drinks/snacks available for purchase at hotel -Beautiful view -I contacted Radio Taxi Assisi and they dropped me off at the hotel almost at 9:30/10pm from the train station. Negatives: -It was pretty noisy late into the evening (10/11pm) and in the morning from other teenage/college-age guests. I could even hear the conversation from the room above me. May have been that way because of Spring break (late March). Glad the kids got to visit Assisi and St. Carlo Acutis though :) -No Do Not Disturb sign (the cleaning team knocked when I was still in bed) -Staff didn’t work overnight. Overall, it was a pretty good experience.

We stayed 2 weeks in Italy and stayed in 5 different properties and this was our favorite. It’s not fancy by any means but safe, quiet, clean and comfortable and the location and experience of staying in a former monastery can’t be beat. Staff was super friendly and breakfast was very good and included. There is limited parking so make sure to reserve that (we traveled with my 80 year old mother so it was essential for us given the hills in Assisi).

Beautiful setting, peaceful and tranquil. The bells every morning were a joy. Mass on Sunday morning was a lovely experience. Assisi is a very special place and we will be back.
