Property looked to be refreshed/remodeled within the last six years. Everything was clean with the exception of a flying bug problem in the lobby, looks like they just kept flying in when someone came in through the front door. Our room was on the second floor and right next to the elevator but the only noise experienced from inside our room was the people above us. This hotel attracts families with kids so be warned. This meant the pool area and breakfast room were packed with people. We enjoyed that the hotel had an electric car charger we could charge at for a small fee.

Great hotel

Everything was great. The only problem was that kids (and some adults) were running and jumping into the pool. Several times my wife and kids were almost hit by these people.

I liked that the property was right on the river walk and the room was neat and clean. Although there were no sheets on the bed which was in the couch, we went to the front desk and they immediately got us sheets.

Wouldn’t stay there again.

Breakfast was terrible quality. Our bathroom had tons of drain flies in it and were all over. Thankfully we were only sleeping one night and leaving.

I loved that the hotel is right on the river walk, and has a beautiful view of the river. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The beds were very comfortable. My boys said the pull out couch was not, but that is expected. I LOVED hearing the sea lions all day and night, but it bothered my husband. The front desk does provide ear plugs if it does get too noisy when you sleep. As a picky hotel goer, I would definitely book here again.

My daughter said the sofabed smelled musty and we thought it was just because it was folded up and probably needed to air out a bit. She ended up not sleeping at all that night because of the smell. When we folded it back up in the morning we found a considerable amount of visible fuzzy mold on the underside of the sofabed mattress. The hotel was otherwise fine and the staff was super polite.
