Breakfast is really nice it's a buffet! Staffs are very pleasant, the property is well maintained. Over all I enjoyed staying. Definitely will go back if I'm planning visiting Aswan again.

The good reviews are fake, the room was dirty, the bathroom smelled disgusting and the shower didn’t work. At breakfast the cutlery was dirty and everything around the buffet was messy. There were spilled drinks, food contaminated and nobody did anything to fix it. Staff were friendly but overall a bad experience.

We did not need airport shuttle. We used private transfer from Luxor to Aswan. Humbling experience during the stay. People were so amazing, our laundry was done for the next day, super affordable. The staff was incredible, we celebrated our anniversary during the trip. The hotel gave us a cake which we shared with the staff. The sunset boat ride was expectacular. For sure the beat hotel we stayed in Egypt
