Clean and big room

The hotel is located closed to many attraction within walking distance, as well as many restaurants. Staff members are very nice and helpful. The room was pretty big, especially in Europe, and clean.

Fantastic room: renovated, like new, very modern, spacious entrance/bedroom/bathroom, dual rainfall shower/regular heads, comfortable bed, mini-fridge with complimentary water. Very quiet too. Cons: very small lift, very small lobby and breakfast area, very little storage (no closet only hangers). My guess is this was a residential building with renovated apartments.

EXCELLENT - highly recommend!

What an amazing place to stay! Initially I had one night booked, but needed another one earlier. All that was available was a better room so I booked it. When I arrived there they told me they upgraded my initial booking to the better room (executive suite) and that I could have it for both nights! Now that’s what I call excellent customer service - without question. The 2 different male staff on were super friendly and very efficient at their job. The room was awesome. A great size, large comfy bed, good pillows, good lighting, suitcase rack was handy, the seat under the bedroom mirror an advantage, good air con. The bathroom was amazing - loved the size, the tiles, the shower heads (top and side), super clean, large bench top, organic shampoo and body wash. Plenty of towels and toilet paper. The hotel was a bit far away from some things I wanted (as far as walking distance I mean), but I knew that before booking, so not a problem for a couple of nights, just saying in case a prospective guest needs to know this. I highly recommend this place to stay. Thank you!!
