Temperature in the breakfast room was very chilly and we would recommend the staff person at breakfast be a bit more welcoming and proactive in helping. Otherwise a high recommendation!

Unique location close to a more bohemian region in Athens, this was a great base for some wonderful local restaurants and bars around the Psyri square area. Hotel was great, clean, quiet and staff very friendly. Breakfast options were ok, room was lovely. A really good stay, would recommend.

Property was nice and presentable. Hotel staff were very friendly. Small downside, our room had the sink in the bedroom, not in the bathroom so it was inconvenient and loud when someone wanted to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. Breakfast options was quite limited and breakfast hours were quite late considering tourists like to get an early start to the day. Overall it was nice and acceptable for a short stay

Great hotel. Kind staff who speak great English. Absolutely beautiful inside and out (must check out the rooftop at night). Delicious breakfast options. The only downside was how sketchy the neighborhood was. Would not recommend walking at night.

Great Stay

Fantastic hotel! Location is perfect, close to everything, but tucked away from too much hustle and bustle. Staff very friendly and professional, breakfast good!! The hotel is clean, modern and sleek. My only recommendation would be that the room come with some information such as prices of mini bar, air con, hotel services, etc. The rooftop bar was unfortunately closed while we were there, it seemed they were maybe decorating. This was really disappointing as the bar was what sealed the deal with me and this hotel and there was no info online stating this was going to be the case! Having said that, there is some amazing rooftop bars in the immediate area that we really enjoyed, it just would have been nice to know. Overall truly a gem of a hotel, would absolutely recommend and would love to return one day!

I booked a Junior studio suite and arrived late at the hotel. On my check in form my original room was changed to another room i was already suspicious that something wasn't right. The room i got was a small disable room i told the person on the reception and they told me that there wasn't any other rooms available. The room was really noise during the night and didn't sleep alot. I was very disappointed with the treatment i got, i stayed in this hotel many times and had some issues before but not like this time. I will never stay here again, there are many other hotels nearby that offer far better service and facilities.

Firstly, let me talk about the location. It’s only about a three/four minute walk to the nearest metro station (Monastiraki). The restaurants right around the corner were amazing, and there’s plenty to do in the area. The location is perfect if you’re looking to experience the heart of Psyrri/Athens. Second, the staff. The staff were wonderful and helped us out with many different things and answered plenty of questions. A couple of the staff members don’t know English that well but that’s okay! :) Third, let me talk about the room. The room was gorgeous, I mean absolutely stunning, the decor was beautiful, they had an espresso machine, amenities that they refilled regularly, and the mini bar (while there weren’t many options, there were plenty of refills available). Fourth, the on site restaurant(s) cafes. We went in early March so the rooftop was not open (we were aware of this when we booked the hotel) I can say that the view from the rooftop is to die for. If you want that experience however, be sure to book in the summer. Now, of course, here comes the gripes 1. There’s no fan in the bathroom, if you want to reduce how steamy the bathroom gets from a shower with a fan, that option isn’t available. 2. The only problem was that we couldn’t for the life of use get cool air from the A/C. Pair that with a steamy bathroom after a shower and you’re burning up. We asked if we could get the cool air turned on but to no avail. Try this property, we enjoyed it overall! :)

We enjoyed our stay at Apollo Palm Hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with many options. It’s very close to Ermou street and many cafes, shops, and the market. We walked everywhere with no problem. The room was very clean and well kept each day. A great place to stay!

Wonderful stay. It's a lovely property (although right next door is an abandoned building, but that's Athens for you). Very close to nice dining, a short walk to monastiraki and half an hour walk to the acropolis. Very quiet during the week but that may be because we were there in the of season. The staff was friendly and accommodating - they hooked us up with a to go breakfast for our early flight and helped me wrap up a vintage frame so I could check it. Breakfast is tasty with lots of options and the dining room is very pretty. Our room had a mini fridge which was a little unexpected for Europe, but nice to see. Lovely courtyard with a banana tree (!) although we didn't get to take advantage of it because it was still chilly in the morning and evening. For what we got I think it was a very reasonable rate.
