From the start we had excellent communication with Jennifer. She answered all of my questions! We had 3 senior couples in our party! We loved how the host thought of everything! Fantastic, Centrally Located Home in Quiet Neighborhood in Athens

One of the best VRBO units I have rented. Home is essentially brand new and was perfect for our small group of friends (we were in town overnight for a concert at Georgia Theatre). Great, quiet neighborhood. Convenient location, 1-2 miles from most everything you would want to do in Athens. Easy communication with property owner. Would rent this house again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

The owner was very communicative and the home was well appointed and very tidy. The home was one of the better maintained homes in the neighborhood as many of the others were occupied by college students.Overall a great stay, good proximity to UGA and downtown Athens!

Friends for Life Getaway

Moms of college students visiting Athens (one for the first time). Our host was excellent - excellent area recommendations, easy to work with, prompt to respond. The house itself was perfect for us to kick back and catch up. It was close to everything we wanted to do and in an adorable, quiet neighborhood. The house was adorably appropriated. We didn't need for anything. Super safe, Super equipped and super fun! Would love to go back ANY time of year. 5 Stars aren't enough.
