It is close to the metro station, to trains and to all touristic spots. The flat has direct access to the airport and to the port of Piraeus. There are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, bars ,shops in the area easily reached on foot in just few minutes.

The apartment is on the 6th floor and easily reached via a lift. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary kitchenware (pots, pan, utensils). Salt, pepper, sugar, extra virgin cretan olive oil, vinegar, coffee and tea pots are provided.
There is hot water 24/7 through an installed solar panel.
The household appliances available for use are a coffee maker, a toaster, a boiler, and a stove.

The mattress of the bed and the pillows are hypoallergenic. Cleaned ,ironed towels and sheets are provided.
Netflix is also available for your entertainment . Moreover, there are converters/ adaptors for the plugs.
In the flat, you will find maps of Athens and Greece, restaurants' brochures, leaflets about organised tours, daily excursions around the Argosaronic golf and other kind of interesting activities.
The flat is fully equipped with fire extinguishers, (smoke) detector and a first-aid kit.
