Poor communication. No response to many questions even though I communicated in different ways. No instructions for washer/dryer, heat didn’t work, completely no instructions how to get into property. Spent 30 min outside trying find lock box then hallways were dark and no instructions that the lock was a 3 bolt turn lock. Just horrible check in instructions and to boot the coffee pods didn’t even fit the coffee maker.

Lovely apartment and relatively central for people that don’t mind a walk, Uber’s are local and quick. Highly recommend. Great value for money.
