It was a bit tricky finding our room, as we had to go through multiple doors after reaching our floor. The restaurant staff seemed new and somewhat untrained — we often had to flag them down just to get another drink. At breakfast, my husband and I ordered omelets, but his order went missing, and he had to place it again. There isn't much around the hotel, but our room and balcony were very nice and comfortable. It was also budget-friendly.

Nothing unique. They put us in a room on the very last floor facing the cemented wall where we could see nothing. The floor in our room was dirty . And the elevator was very complicated. Ci ended up using the stairs several times and I even got lost several times. Some of the front desk had bad attitude. They did not know how to great guest when you check in. The mini store next to the front desk do not have many selection snd there is no microwave boy warm up hot food that they sell . The lobby couch is old and looks dirty. The bed linen looks dirty and we requested to changed it. I eill not recommend this place if you are very particular with cleanliness and good customer service . We should book in a different hotel.

Very nice front desk Sofia, spoke English very well. Daily room service is good. Just the toilet is a little smelly all the time. If there is some incense will be perfect.

Rooms are very tight and this is my first time seeing the sink outside in the bed area they gave us the basement floor as well and we had no balcony view I don’t recommend this hotel even for my enemy if you guys wanna stay in the hotel avoid the basement floor

Although the hotel is located on a busy road, it is a clean, friendly, well-equipped, and fun stay. Convenient via taxi to main destinations in Athens. The rooftop pool and bar was a treat. The staff were amazing - especially Ilias and Orfeas!
