Our apartment is located 5' from Flisvos and Mpatis Beach on foot. Experience the classy neighborhood of Paleo Faliro! Take a walk at the seaside promenade to experience beautiful sunsets or visit Flisvos Park and Marina! The T6 Tram or A2 bus will get you to Downtown Athens within 30'. Our apartment is ideal for families, couples, or friends who prefer a quiet and relaxing apartment with everything you might need for a pleasant stay. The flat can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests. The apartment is 78 m² on the fourth floor and you can access it by either elevator or staircases. There are no stairs before accessing the elevator. It consists of two bedrooms, cohesive space for the living room with a dining area, a cozy kitchen with all necessary supplies, a full bathroom, and a balcony overlooking a quiet street and backyard. The master bedroom has a double bed (160*200cm) and the second one (140*200cm) both equipped with brand-new mattresses to ensure a pleasant’s night sleep. A home away from home

My mother and I had a wonderful stay for 3 weeks in this apartment. It felt like a home away from home. The apartment is very spacious and well organized. It is tastefully decorated and it is warm and cosy. There is a narrow balcony all around. The shower has a little step down and there is only one step to enter the main building.. apart from those it is fully accessible. The rooms are well-appointed and the apartment is good for long stay. It has two spacious bedrooms, a large living room with a comfy sofa and big screen TV and a nice Kitchen where you could cook ...The street is nice and quiet.The whole neighborhood is clean and has lots of trees. The area is really nice... just steps from the sea with beautiful restaurants and coffee shops all around. A lot of choices for food. Supermarkets just around the corner. The express bus from the airport stops very close to the building and it is very close to the Palmyra stop for buses and Flisvos stop for Tram. The owners were very responsive to our text messages. They always provided a fast answer to our questions. We did not see them during our stay and our check in and check out was based on the instructions we received. The instructions for the check in and check out were easy and clear. The apartment is on the 4th floor but there is a small elevator. We would love to stay there again. My mom had mobility issues and could not go out much but she really enjoyed her stay in this apartment. It felt a very welcoming space.
