The Hotel was great and had an amazing view from the restaurant and pool area on the 9th floor. The staff was excellent. Livian was very helpful during my check in and provided me with good information about sites and directions. Nicole was friendly and provided great customer service. Room was clean and staff was friendly enough. There was one night where we went for a drink at the bar and it apparently was a private party and we were told to go downstairs to the bar after a staff member engaged us in a nice conversation about a particular alcohol. when we went down stairs that bar was apparently also closed as no one was there. when we asked the desk staff they said that the bar was closed yet drinks did finally come down to us. It did appear that staff was not well informed during 2 conventions.

This is a large hotel that services conferences, cruise shipsand couples like us. It is well run and and the rooms are spacious enough. There are a few very good dining options very near by too. While the area might be scruffy to some we walked around it and found it interesting. Also there is a metro stop very nearby that is convenient to use that takes you to museums and the Center in about 10-15 minutes.

It was a clean room with plenty of space. We had a junior suite. However it would be nice to include a couple of English language movie channels or Netflix, since except for the news channels nothing was in English.

Great hotel, close to the metro. Great authentic Greek restaurants nearby. Hotel brought a bottle of complimentary wine to the room (Nice touch). Slippers and robe in the room. The Spa had a nice discounted massage and mini facial. It was a very relaxing stay.
