Welcome to your Atlanta home away from home! This inviting three bedroom residence offers the space, comfort, and convenience needed for a relaxing stay with family, friends, or colleagues. Guests have private access to the entire residence, including three bedrooms, comfortable living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and complimentary parking. The home accommodates up to 8 total guests, with no more than 6 adults. Sleeping arrangements include three queen beds and two twin air mattresses for additional flexibility. The air mattresses and pump are stored in Bedroom 3 and may be used as needed.
Each bedroom is prepared with fresh linens, pillows, blankets, bedside lighting, and storage space. After a full day exploring Atlanta, guests can return to a comfortable and welcoming place to rest. The living room provides space for your group to relax together, watch television, enjoy board games, plan the next day, or spend time in conversation. Smart televisions are available, and guests may sign into their own preferred streaming services.
The kitchen is equipped for everyday meal preparation and longer visits. Guests can prepare breakfast before heading into the city, enjoy a casual meal between activities, or cook dinner together at the end of the day. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, glasses, mugs, silverware, and essential cooking utensils. The dining area may also be used for shared meals, games, conversation, or remote work.
The home includes central heating and air conditioning, high speed WiFi, fresh linens, towels, basic toiletries, and access to a washer and dryer. The thermostat is located in the hallway and may be adjusted during your stay. Guests are asked to turn it off at checkout and to leave the washer door open whenever the washer is not in use.

Guests check in using a secure lockbox at the back entrance. Two keys are provided, with one operating the top lock and the other operating the bottom lock. Guests should keep both keys together, lock both locks whenever leaving the property, and return both keys to the lockbox at checkout. Detailed arrival instructions and the current lockbox code will be provided before check in.
The home is professionally cleaned and prepared before every reservation. Fresh linens and towels are provided, and the property is inspected before guest arrival. Guests are asked to help maintain the home by cleaning or rinsing used dishes, placing them in the dishwasher, disposing of trash properly, and following the checkout instructions provided before departure.
Children are welcome, but the home has not been specifically childproofed. A crib, high chair, baby gates, and other infant equipment are not provided. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children and determining whether the home is appropriate for their family’s needs.
Maximum occupancy is 8 total people, with no more than 6 adults. Only registered guests included on the reservation may stay overnight. Visitors who are not included on the reservation require prior written approval. Parties, events, large gatherings, commercial photography, and filming are not permitted. Smoking, vaping, and illegal drug use are prohibited inside the home. Pets are not permitted unless required by applicable law or platform policy.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Guests must respect the surrounding neighborhood and comply with applicable City of Atlanta noise requirements. Check in begins at 4:00 PM, and checkout is before 10:00 AM unless a different time has been approved in writing.
The property is located in an active residential area of Atlanta. As with many homes in a major city, guests may occasionally hear traffic, neighbors, emergency vehicles, construction, aircraft, or other normal city sounds. Guests seeking complete silence or a remote setting should consider this before booking.
Exterior Ring cameras are located at the front porch and back entrance for safety and property protection. There are no cameras inside the home. A Minut noise monitoring device is located in the kitchen and measures general sound levels without recording conversations. Smoke alarms are located in the bedrooms, and a carbon monoxide alarm is located in the hallway.
Clear and timely communication is important to me. Guests will receive check in instructions before arrival and may contact the host through Vrbo with questions during their stay.
